Good news that it all went well for Ros.
Just had a right old time trying to rearrange Mams appointment again, They said if you've missed the appointment you'll need to go back to the doctors & take the tests all over again then we'll send you an appointment
I said but we weren't late or missed the appointment, we were there ahead of time and at the place specified on the NHS letter.

Anyhow after a few phone calls & emails it's rescheduled for March 2nd.
Hailstone showers here now.

Excitement for me this morning was watching a Range Rover coming out the back of a Cinch Lorry, my poor wife thought I had bought another car when she came back to find the Lorry outside the House!

Morning. Heavy rain last night, bright but bleedin' cold now.

This light headedness is getting a bit wearing, like being very slightly drunk but its constant

By 'eck it's a bit taters out there after the mild weather we've had lately, Just been out to the greenhouse to check on seeds I sowed last month in the heated propagator & there's signs of germination

Just in two minds to get another variety of seed potato from the seed potato guys up in Dundee called the 'Lumper'
It was the potato variety that failed in the Irish potato famine. Never knew the name of the variety until reading about it yesterday.
Pan of chicken vegetable soup on the go & it smells bootiful.

Take care.
Hi Andy, how is your Mother In Law doing after her hip replacement?

Why am I not surprised?

Remember the former member who sent us photos of himself in a gimp suit, I suspect he was looking for a kindred gimp person. That was a surprise, what a funny old world it is…….

How is everyone?

Had a call from the GP, wasn't surprised to be told I'm anaemic, some hormone levels are low as well, he's going to speak to can't remember who about them. I've to see him on Tuesday. In the meantime he's putting me on iron tablets . . . . talking about changing the diabetes medication, not so sure about that, current med has it so well under control even if it does bugr my guts up now and then

Bl00dy hell! Glanced out the window after writing the above . . . . snow is heaving it down

Blimey! you can keep that snow up your end We've had lots of hailstone showers barrelling through all day, Just put the heating on as it's gone really cold now, also put the bubble wrap over the seeds in the greenhouse as it's forecast low overnight temps here.
Fish, oven chips & mushy peas for yea tonight.
