Again yesterday took another wheel off ready to be re-furbed and will be taking it to the powder coaters today.

Well done on the arm and bush job, the bushes can be a pain when they seize the bolt inside them.

I managed to part the brake hose connector from the brake line in the front wheel arch what a nightmare.

Remove the clip and soaked the joint over night.
1

Two mole grips used.
2

Once cracked the locked thread used brake spanner & mole grips.
3

Success at last.
4

New hose temporary fitted until the clips arrive Friday.

So one step forward then three backwards.

Bleed nipple sheared off.
5

You can guess what i am doing tomorrow or the weekend.

Today was service day, coming up for 2 years of ownership in June but less than 5k miles done. Decided to go full service.
Oil flush
Oil & filter
Coolant flush and fresh coolant with my new vacuum filler, great piece of kit would recommend one!
Pollen filter
Air filter
Spark plugs
Cleaned out the plenum drain which was running VERY slowly so glad I did that and also did the spyhole mod seeing as I was there anyway.

As I expected the plugs didn’t resolve my random misfire so have kept the plugs that were in as spares as they are hardly used. Plugs were fine and easy, slightly less room than a ZS but removing the bulkhead panel sorted that side.
There was too much fuel in the tank to do that filter so will do it soon and also see if I need to fit the orange clip while I’m there.
