Don’t be silly Richard, you will feel like this seeing as what happened to you, your senses will return in time, to repair that sort of damage won’t be quick mate.

We are all thinking about you here, be strong!

Hi Rich, you have helped me out on numerous occasions for no reward other than you are a genuine caring person.
I just know you have the character within you to get through this not just for you but for those around you. Stay strong Richard it will be a long road but there WILL be rewards at the end of it. There are more people on here than you will ever realise who have you in their thoughts and are rooting for you.

I've been that low Rich but thankfully I managed to get through it. Everybody here is behind you 100%.

Hi Rich,

I know things aren’t great but you’ve made big steps in your recovery.
There is a light at the end of the tunnel and you will get there.
Just remember you’ve got a loving family and a great support network in your friends .
Your customers will understand and you will be able to get things up and running again when you are able.
In the meanwhile I know all of us will help in anyway if we can .

Speak to your Doctor about how you are feeling and demand that you be referred to any support/medical help that will be beneficial for you.

You’re not alone, please lean on those that can help, you’ll find that they will be only to pleased to help you in your recovery.

You’ve got my number if you want to talk.

Don’t be a stranger and chat soon.

Echo what others are saying Rich, speak to your doctor about how you are feeling and get referred to anything they offer you.

Sounds daft not sure if you have heard of Andys Man Club but see if there is a group near to you, I'm a Facilatator for my group in Edinburgh and it's a good way to discuss how you are feeling, best thing I have done, its really helped me.

I'm doing ok today, had a couple of crappy days just trying to find someone to work on the 75, that its got me down, but have offer of 3 garages wanting to do the job in hand.

Cool

Richard you have a lot of good friends in and around you.
Please don’t give up. The older we get the longer it takes to fully recover.

As already said seek help from your doctor. And look for a help group in and around your area. It’s always good to talk. Been there and got the t shirt.

Cool

Morning everyone.

Well it was a bright start to the day, but now it’s raining.

Excellent meal last night with 29 other members of the Cornish MGOC.

Banana ferried us there and back.
