Default Rear spring suggestion

I have broken rear spring and leaky rear shock, so i'd like to change rear springs and shocks.

I have 2005 R75 which was hard on the back since i bought it.
Now, i'd like to make it more comfortable and softer, so which rear spring and shock would you suggest?

As i found throughout the forum, RED, PINK and BLUE are the colors for saloon CDTi with antiroll bar.

Any recommendations?

Not sure on spring rates but you could always sit on a cushion

Was it hard on the back due to the obviously worn out components ??

Just fitting new standard items might cure the problems.---
