It's lovely sat in the conservatory It's nice & warm but there's a sleet/hail storm going on outside to batter the daffodils down even further

Good evening all.

Been missing in action for the last few days - when you've a couple of hours spare I'll let you know the saga of MIL coming home, going back to A&E and is now back home

Just to say that the staff on the coal face of the NHS have all been wonderful . The ones in the offices have a rather different description .

Glad to hear that folks are generally OK and various tests etc. are getting done.

Rich - I'm relying on you to set up next weekend's Quizzie walk and tea and cake so hang in there mate. We need your local knowledge to get the best .

All the best everyone.

First I’m not convinced that they have cured the problem. But hopefully I’m wrong.
The garage has there own auto electrician who has worked on everything from Ferrari to Bentley to large tractors. So I had faith in him.
He tracked the fault to the fuel pump relay, the one’s that you sent me had been fitted. And we had already changed them around.

The relay was not earthing it was remaining live on all the pins. So they bought another New relay and tested it. Working fine. Plugged it in and Banana fired up. So far all good.

We collected the car and drove home. Tomorrow I will take her on a good run.

I bet you're getting fed up visiting the hospital

Hope those new meds do the trick for you and avoid further surgical intervention.

Catch up later all, time for me to depart.....Colchester and Ipswich this morning.
Morning all, morning Jeff, how unusual for you not to be wearing shorts.

My next appointment is not until 17 May when the urologist wants to check on my bladder flow and the progress with the new medication. A side of the medication is increased scalp hair growth, larger genitals and it’s prescribed for transgender people making the change F to M.

Cardiology said they will see me anytime I need an appointment. For now I am staying away.

In the meantime I am pressing on with my rehab, exercises and looking at flights for our next trip to the UK, end of May or early June …..summer!

What are you plans for the weekend?

Good morning Richard, that must have come as a shock to you, a hard time you are having. You have done well in getting to the exercise group and the rehab. I wonder why the delay in fitting the new plate to the head, although I don’t expect you to know the answer.

Given your feelings about what has been said by the exercise group staff, you would have a valid case to ask the neurosurgeon to bring the date of your operation forward. In light of your distress and misery, you or your advocate could ask your GP to ring the neurosurgeon up for an urgent appointment to be seen, you have a strong case for making your life better.

We can’t do much this end but do keep posting, do take care.
