[COLOR="Blue"Been to MJI Exhaust at Walsall. Arrived at 10.45am. I explained that I thought it needed another support bracket halfway along tha main pipe, as the pipe was only suspended from near the cat, and the support on the rear silencer. 12.25pm I was driving out with two new supports fitted each side of the stainless rear box. Took me to see their handiwork and was suitable impressed. Considering I was quoted £195 for a new back box, I expected around £230 at least the time it had taken. I was taken to the office, and was given the price...............£195.00. Could not believe my ears. Absolutely satisfied with the work carried out. While I was there, another Rover 75 was having a new exhaust, all the way from Essex. Don’t know who it was, but it was a tourer. Anyone on here?[/COLOR]

Obligatory not today, but over the last couple of weeks.
I’ve taken the ZT-T on 2 trips from North Yorkshire to Lincoln recently. One to view and the second to collect a lovely yellow MG3 for the Mrs to replace her 530D, that was falling apart and too big for the car park in the hospital she works at.
I also opened my drivers door into a grit bin and knocked the mirror off as the hinge was held in with a wood screw (previous owner).
So I have purchased a decent secondhand replacement, along with a new centre dash section (cup holder, cigarette lighter, ashtray) that I’m hoping I can replace next week before heading to Santa Pod for the weekend.

Enjoy Santa Pod - I live only 8 miles from there, but never think to go! However, I can claim to have driven on the runways - I learned to drive when it was still an airfield, fortunately unused at the time.

I used to visit fairly often, but having another kid (who had really bad travel sickness until recently) and then obviously covid stopped that.
I’ve done drift days there in the past, but never been down the strip. Next weekend is the best of British show, so it only feels right that I should attend in one of the best modern British cars 😁

Took Mo for her mot. She passed. Same advisories as last time, anti-roll bar bushes need replacing. I have a pair from Rimmers so maybe this year I'll get round to doing it.

Got the seats vaxed up after a weeks holiday in fife, done around 1k miles and car behaved fine, the remains of the undertray did decide that enough was enough and started to come undone so removed it and have a new tray and clips to go on tomorrow. Also after stripping and cleaning up the offside rear suspension to get rid of a squeaking but having no success, the squeak just disappeared during the holiday so assuming that the fully laden driving help seat something
Past 60k on the drive down but missed it actually ticking over, doesn’t matter, all I want to see is 80085……
