Yeah that's true but as for the average motorist you could just open an App on your phone & have one arrive at your front door to take you to your destination. France is seeing the same thing there with drivers who have lost their licences through whatever reasons, Some drink drive bans & are buying the €5000 electric Citroen Ami which doesn't need a driving licence there to drive one because it's classed as a quadricycle, 14 year olds can legally drive them on French roads but they cant be driven on motorways.
