Morning all, morning Steve,

Your viewing last night “The Giant Claw”, would that have been classed as a horror movie and not suitable for children?

Last night I watched something a little tamer “Hornblower”

What are you up to?

Happy Easter Sunday!

What is everyone up to?

Some good news, tankers have been delivering fuel to the petrol stations which is great for our visitors from the UK who have managed to get away on safari with my BIL and his wife. They have gone in two 4x4’s, a Toyota Land Cruiser V8 and a long wheel base Landrover with double tanks.

The visitors - lads in the Landy pulled a fast one at the petrol station in gathering up the extra fuel for their journey/safari heading into the Northern Territory bush.

With the queue for filling up, the lads parked the Landy out of sight away from the petrol station and asked one of female students going with them, if she could play “helpless girl” and Jerry can to jump the queue.

When the queue caught sight of “helpless female” and heard about her car being stranded, the queue parted and she got to front just like that.

She was quite insistent about carrying the Jerry can back herself despite many offers of help and a 20L fully loaded Jerry can must have been very, very heavy. She is only 19 and slightly built.

Those lads in the Landy owe her big time

Have a great day.

Morning all,

It's a bright, chilly and dry one here.

My, there's some scary stuff to avoid - cherry red torso's, flashing, whipping it out and shooting and Giant Claw birds .

I reckon Zed the Ted, Molly and Quizzie have much better plans

And I bet they include being chilled, calm, quiet, relaxed, waited on hand and foot and generally doing whatever it is they fancy, whenever they fancy it.

What a way to be

Have a good one.

Morning all,

Another sunny start out there

Today I'll be cooking a roast gammon dinner.
It is yet to be decided if this will be at lunch time or Tea time.
Due to a slight confusion on my part over dates..... we ended up having roast lamb last week

This afternoon Zed and the fluffy ones shall be settling down to watch the second FA Cup Semi Final with me.

Hopefully the bug has done one. Might be able to get out today and enjoy the sunshine.
