LOL I don't think they make any stretchy enough for me I'm more fine figure of a slob these days

I'm home alone today as the missus & daughter have gone off to bandit country visiting the Temple Newsam stately house t'other side of Leeds, I've got me feet up on coffee table supping a Henry's

That north easterly ain't half got up! I've had to shift some planters out of the gusts & It's blowing garden furniture around, I put a full seven litre watering can on the green matting on the decking to stop it lifting off, It's just blown the watering can over

Morning. Ging is dayshift, I was going back to bed but the need for breakfast got the better of me. Cold and damp here, either heavy dew of light drizzle.

Cool

Happy St.George’s Day.

Grey and overcast here.

Still Banana is not home, hopefully Monday. Means I’ll have to use the Bear.

Morning all.

Cloudy a bit cooler than of late and dry here.

Off to POL very shortly where the forecast is for a possible shower around lunchtime but otherwise nice enough.

Have a lovely day, whatever you're up to.

Been busy sorting out a change of Admin on our Flickr group for our camera club.
Sadly the member who was Admin for the group passed away at the beginning of the year.
He was the sole Admin and meant that we could not control it. As a committee member for the club it fell to me to deal with Flickr to change it.
This meant sending an obituary to the Flickr team to prove the member is no longer with us.
I've now been promoted to Admin and we will elect one other committee member to share that roll. That means that should this ever happen again, the club will have in place another Admin to retain control over the group and not get locked out!

Anyhow, back to your question.

Yes pretty much to what you have said, I was told that you will pee out about 300 calories a day (which is useful) and you will be more suseptible to things like thrush. So, good hygiene and keeping stuff like canesten cream very useful. One of the other things I have found is more problems with dry skin so I also have moisturiser etc.
Being diabetic I'm always aware of being dehydrated so I drink lots of fluid during the day.
I've been on this medication for two years now supplementing my Metformin, Gliclazide, Ezetimbe (alternative to statins) and Ramipril!
Morning all

Morning sir!

Thank you Jeff for your experiences from being on Jardiance. I was also started on Ezetimbe in addition to the Rosuvastatin.

Interestingly the doctors told me to cut down on the amount of amount of fluids I am drinking because they feel I drink too much at 2L per day. In a hot country I don’t want to end up dehydrated but will have to cut down a bit. I stopped drinking coffee because the new medication for the enlarged prostate is making me pee more. What a laugh

Thank you for the information about maintaining cleanliness and the precautions you take.

Next week I am seeing the podiatrist and a skin cancer specialist to have some unsightly growths on my head removed. I prefer liquid nitrogen ice to the knife, a downside of life in the tropics.

I thought I would get as many as my health issues addressed before coming to the UK

Being an administrator for your club on Flickr is quite a responsibility, but full marks to you Jeff for stepping up. I know you will be up to the task.

Have a great day

I have been stopped from getting driving before I am much better to start . No driving til I get my operation and become spotty and no driving until AFTER the operation. No likely operation this year, so that's my business finished I am finished when I'm done. What the hell is my point? Absolute none. That will be 33 years all given to some new .

Hi Richard

Following on from your post, this will be the last time I am going to suggest you have an appointment to see a psychiatrist. Do keep posting.
