Morning folks,

The electrician should be with me later this morning.

The electrics in the studio should be all finished and connected to the National Grid by the end of play today

Morning everyone from Nairobi, hot and sunny. The Dahlias and Roses are looking lovely, a mix of reds, pinks and whites.

I received an email from a friend I lost contact with. 13 years ago he was diagnosed with mouth cancer and had his lower jaw and tongue removed. Several more operations involved making a new jaw from his hip and another tongue was fashioned from one of the muscles of his thigh. Thankfully he survived even though it’s been a struggle.

He writes asking what life has thrown at me. Quite a big question……

One can only imagine the struggle he endured with cancer. Good to know that he fought it and was the victor

I think you can write back to him with your own stories of what life has thrown at you and the battles you have won as well Phil
