These are tests I couldn’t get done in Bristol as routine bloods and tests were not available from our home GP.

No wind here and a hot day at 30c is forecast.

We received a warning from the French Embassy that a terrorist attack is imminent and we are advised not to go to church, shopping malls and to avoid public transport. I hate shopping malls, so that is not an issue.

It looks as though the UK is in for bad weather.

Everyone take care and look out for each other, especially those who don’t have family or if they live on their own.

I'm feeling a little better today, I must have drank 4L of soft drinks / tea / coffee each day which I think helps.

Strangely I dont fancy a beer at all!!!

Morning John. I was surprised to hear you have come down with it as you never get sick. We have all had it here. Yesterday we cancelled our flights to Abu Dhabi on the 10th February. The Emerati have made flying to them from Kenya strict. A PCR test 48 hrs prior to departure, another within 6 hours of departure at the airport and another PCR on landing in Abu Dhabi. Flying is not the fun it used to be.

Plenty of R&R, plenty of fluids, stay off the booze as it’s a diuretic, on the other hand at your age, it’s about the quality of life, so enjoy your tipple

Morning all, what’s everyone up to?

Getting up shortly for a walk in the forest, not so hot today, 27C forecast.

Morning Phil,

Enjoy your walk.
It’s 2c here at the moment. Think I’ll stay in bed a while longer

Cheers Jeff, you have been turning out excellent pussy cat and doggie photos which gives the animal lovers in the club enormous pleasure, do keep posting.

Had a nice walk but came across one of our cow men slashing the long grass in the bottom meadow by the stream. He said thieves had come in last night to steal our long grass. We grow the grass long for the cows to eat. We shall be contacting the chief of tribe near us about the theft and to remind him of CCTVs in the forest and how the thieves will be caught.

Morning all, Brrr! It's bright & frosty here, It's going to have to be shopping day today as we've run out of Bury black pudn & smoked bacon

I hate shopping on Sundays as the stores are always choc-a-bloc.

Morning all.

A cold and frosty one here with a beautiful blue sky and bright sunshine. Temp only due to "climb" to mid single figures.

Wind has died down to almost nothing. It was rather more than bracing when Quizzie was walked yesterday. Did anyone have any damage from the gusts we've just had?

SWMBO's car really needs a wash but whether I can be bothered in the cold is another mater

Need to cut some more wood for the fire which almost certainly will happen as I do like my fires. .

Enjoy the day whatever you're up to.
