Captain Birdseye has let himself go.

Put a dollop of silicone grease on the anti fly curtain hook the wasp had utilised as an anchor for its nest.

The local doctor is hoping for things to move quicker.
Morning Richard, I realise you continue to have disappointments, but you also have achievements where you are able to pick yourself up again, so give yourself a well deserved yourself a pat on the back.

How is the walking, are you able to get out much?

Morning Steve, is it anything to do living next to a Loch? with the wasps being attracted to the water.

We have lots of hornets nests around the house even though we knock them off as they will come into our bedroom when the windows are open. My sister-in-law keep bees at the bottom of the garden and does well from the supply of honey.

Morning Phil. Its not a loch, its the Forth estuary. No idea if wasps are attracted to water, any wasp near me is in trouble! I hate them after being set upon by a cloud of them years ago, I think the dogs disturbed a nest, I was stung several times.

I am getting quite better for working , I did about 4 weeks with Andy and Brian a few weeks ago. I was quite tired by the type we stopped for a coffee when we visited the walking time.

Yes Richard, doing work of any kind gives a sense of purpose. Some work I would not like to do such as working in a sewer or catching rodents. You are bound to get tired, so don’t overdo it.

You worked with Andy and Brian, are they ok?

This morning I went for a walk, came back and did some chores. Now it’s too hot at 27C and at about 4pm I will go for another walk when it’s cooler. My target is to walk one and a half miles each day. It doesn’t look much but it is helping me keep active and to keep going.
