I did have an issue with mine not working and had to go back, was fine after he returned it. Also found that he had wired up the C and NC connections the wrong way around.

So far we have had faulty regulator, relays not soldered to the board, and now the board won't talk to the sim, offers to fix so no issues there but still not sorted

Is the sim in the right way? I remember i put mine in the wrong way up, it fitted fine. Felt a bit daft when lewis sent it back, but very easy mistake to make.

No its in the right way had it working at first but then kept stopping part way through the process or not bringing on relay 2, regulator getting hot and changed to solve that, but still the same when returned, so new chip sent out and now the yellow light wont go out at all and the board is not talking to the sim.

Am glad others are working fine as it restores my hope that i will get there in the end and no problem with the comms or offers to fix etc but each time it costs to send back, great bit of kit when it works though

If no one else replies, I’ll send you the link later tonight when I’m at home, I have it listed in my favourites on my laptop.
