Default Call The Midwife

Anybody else have to suffer this programme ? "She" loves it, so I tend to disappear off to do some internet searching but all I can hear in the background are the screams of women trying to part with stubborn offspring! Entertainment? Not in my humble opinion. Some re-runs of old F1 battles when we had proper drivers in proper cars on Youtube works for me!

A different sort of screaming in the background!

It’s shown here in Nairobi. I don’t watch any medical dramas, fortunately we don’t get Casualty but Chicago Med is on almost every night, another one we skip.

Never watched call the midwife in full, seen bits, but I usually tend to watch YouTube over telly nowadays.

Closest I’ve ever come to “call the midwife” is Chatham Dockyard where some of the external shots were filmed.

Preferable to anything with "....Get me out of here" or ".....Island" in the title.

Tracy Island doesn't count because the programme title is Thunderbirds

Ho ho ho! V good.

Herself watches it on her tele; dont watch the telly out of some sort of principal, have far better things to do. 20th C version of the "Evil Eye", should be burned at the stake or whatever.

Had that very conversation with a friend today. Never seen the production, but will never forget the smell of the Rope Room!
