My Rover 75 - Y664 JNN
Hi everyone, I’ve been lurking on this forum for quite some time (without an account) and I’ve toyed with owning a 75 since I was about 11 I also make YouTube videos so I thought I’d make a post.
Nearly 3 years ago I bought a 75 and the rest is history, coming from a Mercedes A Class AMG line it was a big step for me (at the time I considered a step down) but little did I know my £500 Rover 75 would make the A Class and the ownership of it seem like a nightmare. I bought this car from a lovely lady on Facebook, it came up by chance, wrong colour but the exact spec I was after a Y reg, Conni SE with sandstone interior. I ended up in love with the colour and how unique it looks on todays roads. Most people thought this car was a joke at first, an “old man car” but the joke was on them, a 5000 mile Europe road trip later with no issues and many tens of thousands of miles later here we are. I still think it’s the best car I’ve ever owned and I’m still not bored of it, a proper car. My YouTube is:https://youtube.com/c/TomMitchellCars I intend to be a bit more active on this forum in future. Some photos: The car as it is now: One of the best details of the cabin: Pillar badges, can remember seeing these in a scrap yard when I was a kid The chrome grill Last edited by tommitchell; 13th February 2022 at 21:22.. Hey Tom,
Your 75 was the main reason I decided last year to get a 75, when I seen it at the Hubnut Social. Davy Scottish Car Enthusiasts and Trains TV (Youtube Channel)

Great video.
I'd like to ask about the damage to the Blue Cortinia, how is that coming along? macafee2 |
