Front brake discs and pads
Looking to get a pair of front discs and pads for my 75 tourer (standard brakes). What do you recommend and where from? Don’t want to spend a fortune on them. Thanks.

Always used Pagid. The BMW forums swear by them and I have them on all my cars. No noise, fantastic braking at all temperatures. Only down side is they do create a little more brake dust but cant be beaten on performance and quietness! As said buy cheap buy twice.

+1 for mtec , had them on mine for a while now and still performing as they should.
Also put a set on the rear of the VW. Have used ebc discs and pads before but found the pads wore down very quickly, got through a set of pads in 9 months(about 5000 miles) Stan

I always use TRW as the MGR SLP parts were actually TRW original parts. They are excellent.
Used to purchase them from Mister Auto but not sure whether following B they still send to the UK.
