Good morning all, an early start for me as I have three games of international rugby to watch . Cracking start to the day here, Caroline wants us to take a spin to the seaside later for a fish and chip lunch, you can't beat seaside fish and chips for some reason .

Good morning peeps, an absolutely stunning morning here in Nottingham, one last viewing today before driving back home, we have travelled a few miles seen plenty of properties, some very nice bungalows but not a lot of parking for my two cars, as we get older we need to be nearer bus routes and local shops, Dawn does not drive therefore if I couldn't drive any more we would be stuck.
We are going to see a four bed in Radcliffe on Trent, five miles from where my son lives, has a Railway with access to London, and bus routes to some of the major towns in the area, so grandkids and anyone else could visit,
Also Derek and Lilian, you could also come and stay, Phil (Gatekeeper) there would be Room to park your car.

Hi Derek and Lilian, Phil and Jessica how are things with you all.
