Piddling here in Wigtonshire.

Went to a local festival in The Isle of Whithorn yesterday and the weather was fine .

Hoping to go to Portpatrick tmw for luverly fresh Cod n chips.

Morning chillouters - pretty miserable day here as well - damping on, cool, grey and dismal, although it is forecast to improve later. I'm off for a short back and sides plus a coat of Mr Sheen on top - all in preparation for a wedding (niece - for the second time) on Friday. I'm expected to spend most of the day in a collar and tie, wearing a whistle & flute - not my idea of fun. Worse still, the 'do' is being held in one of those expensive country house hotel type places - probably cost me about £6 for a bottle of cider
