I am sad to say I added to the crisis tonight..... by panic buying, I wasnt going to until I saw two stations in Brum today that had sold out, so I filled up the ZTT, the Punto, the Suzuki and the lawn mower petrol can.
see....I dont follow the crowds.

Bad timing all this. I have to go to Cardiff tomorrow for the Bruce Springsteen concert. I got back up here a while back (56MPH all the way and not a lot overtook me on the M40) and saw two petrol stations coned off (Esso in Birches Bridge being the second), so got to Claregate and filled up with Super Unleaded as they have no regular left.
I might get the train tomorrow, just don't fancy the idea of going down there and then to on Hampshire using a lot of fuel in the process. That's if any trains are running of course. |

My local garage has put a MINIMUM delivery charge on again - £5.00
Flippin' idiots queueing for ages, with engines running, and managing to get 50 pence worth in the tank No - I wasn't in the queue, VeeKay has 3/4 of a tank. More than enough to last 2 weeks at the moment. |
