Default Horn Buttons.

Apart from a mass of overdue mechanical work I've done/ had done/ am having done this weekend I've also turned my attention to various non-essential but irritating problems such as the bonnet struts, adjustable mirror switch, rear light seals, interior mirror etc so now I have another problem which I would like to sort out if it won't be a major drama.

There are two horn buttons on the steering wheel but only the offside one works. As far as I recall the nearside one used to but now I can get nary a peep out of it. This has never caused an issue at MOT time as the horn still works on one of the buttons, but is this a known problem and is there a reasonably straightforward DIY fix?
