Dear me! That looks right up my street Jeff, I love stuffing

I need to try that recipe, I've got a quarter of week old tiger loaf bread in the bread bin ready to make into crumbs for some stuffing.

One of our favourite meals as a kid & even now is sliced cow heart & stuffing, delicious on barmcakes

I'm on the GWR tonight driving a Class 166 reading to Paddington stopping at all stations on TSW2 with a bottle of Henry's .

As a child my Grandmother often used to cook stuffed bullocks hearts - bigger than cows, so more to go round - yum!

I like stuffing too, it’s a good job most of my work is outdoors though as it makes me fart like thunder and they stink so I’m told.

Yeah I remember there was always a big heart boiling away on the stove or roasting in foil in the oven as a kid, Offal was the only meat we ate back then.

New line of business, window cleaning and property fumigation!

One thing I do like about this telly is you can get YouTube on it. Watching one of my favourites before bed.

All the happiness that used to be

Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams, you're always near to me

And then I'll hold you in my dreams

Chitterlings fried then put in a sandwich was lovely as a young lad
Not forgetting the Pigs Fry cooked in the oven with gravy

And for a special treat,Herring Milts and Roe dusted in flour then shallow fried, served with salt and pepper ,still have them today when I can get them fresh from Great Yarmouth

Morning Bob, Steve, Georgie, all a hot day yesterday, got to 33C in the afternoon and a hot night. Last week our builder decided to go to another job, he took with him the stone masons, welder and labourers. Most of the big jobs are completed. The rest of the work will involve us finding another builder to finish off.
