Default Fred On Tour

Welcome to the

Fred On Tour

Section

The idea behind this is for Fred to be passed from one member to another member and his progress is plotted around the country using Google Map.

To join in with the game there are a few rules that must be followed:

1. A member is not permitted to hold on to Fred for longer than 2 weeks (if you have problems moving Fred on contact anyone of the club team for help)
2. When you receive Fred you will be required to take his picture at a local landmark of your choosing
3. The picture and the location will be posted to this thread
4. The location will be added to Google map by one of the club team

Checkout Freds recent journey: http://tinyurl.com/2yhh6y

Those of you with Google Earth installed, be very sure to click on the KML link at the top of the Google Maps web site. This will allow you to follow Fred around the world on a guided satellite tour

Fred recently spent some time with Baxlin.

Fred first went to see the home of Nottingham Forest FC:

From there, Malcolm and Fred went to view the Trent Bridge:

Default Fred's outing with me

Fred’s outings with me, after picking Fred up from Malcolm (Baxlin) at Tring we drove up to Witley Court & Gardens situated on the A443 Nr Great Witley.

Very nice place to visit in the Worcestershire countryside, Fred really enjoyed the Fountain and I made sure that he stayed upwind so he didn’t get wet.

The next day we went to the West Midlands Safari Park on the A456 Kidderminster Road, he really enjoyed his visit, talking to all the other animals.

Fred was a little bit frightened when this Tiger roared at him.

But he liked the White Lions.

At the weekend we took him to our granddaughters’ school summer fayre.

He liked all the prizes on the tom bola.

He never got bored on the long drive, he watched the DVD with his own set of earphones.

Fred was summoned to a clubs management meeting at The Heritage Motor Centre in Gaydon,

While there Fred spotted a frostfire Rover 75, 1955cc 4-cylinder diesel, which was the last vehicle on the register.

Fred chaired the meeting

Sorry there no more pictures of Fred and the cars as the museum was shut when we came out of the meeting
