Seen it again! This time near Witham going westbound on the A12 around 1145hrs.

Didn’t get the plate of the Wedgewood blue as obscured by the central reservation but would suspect it’s the same one.

I have a suspicion that two-tone 'lives' near Woodbridge as I have seen it parked up near the railway line a few times and the reg rings a bell. Possibly.
