Default Norfolk & Suffolk Aviation Heritage Museum

I went for a look around the Norfolk & Suffolk aviation museum today, this place is a hidden gem, moreso for the exhibits inside the little huts rather than the planes on display.

I am currently trying to sort out a date when we can hold a meet there too.

Only had my phone camera as the ‘proper’ camera was back at home.

Really nice museum we had the 11th National there:-

and I visited it again during September 2012 with my good lady and spotted this little beauty in the car park:-

Just down the road from me.

Been quite a few times, and must make time to go again. Well worth a visit.

Default Javelin

That Javelin from my Dad's Squadron from his RAF days. The Squadron leader had his initials on the tail of his aircraft unlike the rest who had the usual single letter id code.
Britains first real all weather fighter jet.

Nice photos Andy

I remember the national there as well.......I may have been slightly responsible for leading the convoy from Colchester on a slightly long winded journey there
