Mines showing OK Jules have you scrolled to the blue panel at the bottom of the email.
I've received two emails one showing the password and booking reference and a second requesting passport infomation.

It would be helpful if you could thank this post when you have received the emails from Eurotunnel Le Shuttle confirming your booking.
That way I know all is correct with my info.
