What another miserable wet day here The local council have been in touch and are collecting that wardrobe tomorrow. My sister just emailed me asking if I'd seen the tumble drier recalls where there's a risk of lint coming into contact with the heating elements and catching fire! It affects lots of different makes & models.

I've just checked ours & it is one of the effected models a TCR2 Creda tumble drier. says not to use it and arrange for one of their engineers to come out to it.
It's worked perfect for around 10 years or so.

Another day - another wet one. It wasn't bad until lunchtime, when the mild, windless & dry weather was replaced bu some light showers.
That's now been replaced by constant rain - before long Jeff will be able to float Lady Emma off her moorings at Acle and bring her up river to our caravan site
Spent the afternoon at another National Trust stately home - Felbrig Hall near Cromer - where my missus took pity on me and bought me a cream tea - jam on first and cream on last
