Picked some up yesterday, seems to be £8-9 online so a real bargain!

Same here got mine from Tesco. Also watched the review linked on pistonheads where they restored 6hp on an old VW just by putting a bottle of Redex in.

I noticed the difference using redex when I did my cylinder head gasket the valves and combustion chambers were nice and clean.
Seems to run a bit smoother but. Might be my imagination

I don’t think it is your imagination. I have been using Redex since the dinosaurs disappeared, and your engine will be smother, Cleaner and rev more easily, plus you will get more mpg. That’s why I have always used it.And if I had not got a turbo on my car, I would be using molyslip in my engine oil. I have proved to myself that that works also. Don’t use it in a turbo’d engine because of the high temperatures reached in the turbo, which, when stopped after a run, it tends to turn to a hard mass in the turbo after a while and destroys the turbo.
