Personally I prefer the ATC. I leave mine in auto, set at 22° and balance the comfort level with the heated seats and fresh air bypass to the face vents.

Having bottled-it with this job before when I had the carpet out, I'd certainly be curious to see how it's done.
Although, I'm not sure I could bring myself to tear the whole interior out all over again.. 😕 Cheers, Karl. |

Yes.
That's exactly what I have planned, I've done the comparison and I know which parts I need to swap. If you want to do the same you'll need a spare control for the other knob and the short cable that goes to the left side flap. The job should take a few hours and I'll post pictures later in the week, I'm also planning another small mod to the heater that'll get people talking!

First part done....
I've done the control panel and fitted the cables to it, I'm now on with the heater box itself and it's going well. I think it looks quite nice!
