Finally! The Marina has come out of hibernation!!
I've not driven this car since around October last year.
With the Welsh lockdown restrictions following on from Winter, I haven't even seen it since March. I missed it, I missed it a lot. Anyway, with the restrictions eased, I ordered an oil filter and some new oil, complete with a freshly charged battery and headed over to see it. I changed the oil and fitted the battery, cranked it over on the starter for a bit to give the oil a chance to circulate, pulled the choke out and away it went. A nice run across the Brecon Beacons. Absolutely lovely. Hopefully next week I can give it a clean! My old Morris, under a setting sun, in the Brecon beacons, Wales... by Philip Davies, on Flickr My Marina over the Brecon beacons.... Very nice indeed When I saw Morris Marina & Welsh lockdown in this thread I thought you were Morris McKinnon from his youtube channel & you'd finished the mustard coloured Marina restoration.

No, not me. I've heard that name before though. Oh, really? Has it been there long? What's the name of the scrapyard?

The name is...
The scrapyard is J T Wade, Warrington. If you give him a call he'll tell you all you need.
