One of the phoenix fours old cars up for sale?

Recently a dark blue contemporary se V6 high spec tourer has come up at letchworth motor auctions ( video available on YouTube).
I believe this car may have belonged to one of the phoenix four as a sky news reel from the time showed this very car parked outside one of the phoenix fours homes.

Difficult to tell but the original sky new video showed a facelift dark blue shark fin rear end with a GB sticker on the passenger side of the tailgate.. also running meteors.

Now, this tourer is also the same colour spec etc.. reg plates are very much the same as far as one can tell.. 04TKV
The two first letters of the reg from the sky news video are difficult to read but the chances of a dark blue tourer facelift on meteors with the GB and now UK sticker being in the same place both 04 plate ending in TKV...
