Default Broken wheel bolt

So the wheel bolt has been broken in my car from when i got it, its been sheared at the hub flange and had an 8/10mm hole drilled in it see the pics.
Any ideas on removal, there's nothing for irwins to grip on to.
My thoughts were a tedious few sessions with a junior hacksaw to put a slot in it and see if that took the tension off.

Thanks Scott
