Leo checking in this morning...

Leo by Jeff Cranwell, on Flickr

If the weather stays dry this afternoon I'm going to try and bring photoshoot booked in for Wednesday to today instead.

I'm trying to get the jobs done when the weather allows!

A bit brighter and warmer here today. I see that COP out 27 is starting well without India, China and Russia (not forgetting the USA, which will be late - again! Not much change there then!).

Latest thrilling instalment of the hormone treatment saga. Spoke to the specialist's secretary, she said after my last call the specialist had contacted my GP surgery with an alternative to the unobtainable stuff. Phoned the GP surgery, know nowt about it, indeed they said the original stuff was available Phoned the pharmacy, nope they're still trying to get it. Tried to phone the specialist's secretary back but its going onto her answering machine

Epilogue: Spoke to the specialist's secretary, she's going to speak to the on-call endocrine doc who will contact my GP surgery, hopefully something will happen.

Cool

Morning everyone from soggy Cornwall.

Even more rain last night with gale force winds.

Off to Sparkford in Somerset to meet up with Reebs, I’m taking up club stock for them to sell that this weeks NEC event and I’ll be collecting the calendars. Be a good run for Banana.

A batch of pumpkin, carrot & red lentil thick soup Winter warmer Missus has got the honours of the BIG SHOP today as sciatica is killing me today. I sowed some more Musselburgh leek seeds in trays in the greenhouse this morning & just bending down to get some compost out of the bag set it off.

What a miserable wet day, Horizontal rain at present battering the kitchen wall that leaks.

You have my sympathy Ian. I had a twinge of sciatica the other morning but, thankfully, it cleared of its own accord after a couple of hours.

Sciatica is a real blight, the bitter bottom when it plays up. Is there anything Ian which gives you relief?

Sorry you are having to go through this……

I do like the soup, perfect for a cold day. Tonight we will have chicken and vegetable soup for supper.

Yesterday I walked a mile and this morning I had a Pneumonia vaccination then walked another mile, but now resting up and have gone to bed to watch TV / look at the internet.
