Cool

Good morning all.

Sun is still asleep but hoping it’s going to be a nice day to go walking with my neighbour, Marion.

Phil that’s good to hear that you are getting there.
Many thanks for letting us know about Rod. I have thought about him and his famous pies. Next time you are in contact please send him our good wishes.

Be bootiful here if you added about 10 degrees to the temperature!

You'll find where you had the covid jab will produce a hard lump and turn a bit tender. I don't know if I've still got some side effects of the jabs or can't shake the tail end of covid or flu that I had. Bl00dy headache is haunting me! Still having to take the full whack of paracetamol.

Just been out filling the bird feeders with seed & suet balls & I can feel it's a bit sore reaching up. I'll have to have an extra apple juice to numb the pain then

Some of that home made steak pie with new potatoes peas & carrots for tea.

Sunshine here in Norfolk. Finally got rid of the ear infection (without antibiotics!). I've been having local honey on my cereals and in my hot drinks (not pouring it in my ear!) and it may have helped. No queeziness or wobbling this morning and the headache has gone. Hooray!
