An introduction from the Midlands RS

My name is Andy Phillips from Solihull, West Midlands and I've joined up with Jake to split the Midlands region between us. I joined the club last year, following previous involvement as an Events Secretary for the Rover P4 Drivers Guild and Regional Rep for the Jaguar E-Type club. I currently own an 04 Rover 75 Connossieur SE 1.8 and an 06 Rover 75 Connossieur SE V8, I've owned a number of Rover cars including 3 P4's two of which I restored and an E-Type Jaguar.

I've been involved in cars from an early age, my first car was a Mark 3 Cortina which was given to me by my father and I then went into Stock Car Racing at the age of 14, but I drive cars a little differently these days!

I've since owned various models of cars, but I have always had a favourite, the Rover P4 and my first was given to me by my uncle which was in a sorry state. I started the restoration project but my uncle passed away before completion. I recently sold my most current P4 which was exhibited at the NEC Classic Car Show this year.
