Its never really got sunny here, hazy sun at best. I suspect when the tide comes in later it'll bring the mist with it.

It's worrying about those darn planters that's making you sleep badly.--It's your subconscious busy at night while you are trying to get some sleep.---

Morning Richard, morning all. Thank you Rich for your good wishes. The appointments yesterday went off okay. The cardiologist is happy with my progress. He said the heart was beating strong and regular, blood pressure normal. He said he will see me when I get back from the UK. The bladder was scanned, results showed a need to widen the neck of the bladder but it can wait until I have returned from the UK and it can be done in outpatients under a local.
I decided to get Jessica checked out and she will have various tests over the next 3 weeks before we fly to the UK. She hadn’t seen a doctor since her back injury 2 years ago. In February when I was in ICU following my cardiac event, the news was a poor prognosis. Then in March a new drug, a little tablet for heart failure was approved and a month ago I was started on it. I have to say, since starting on it, things have been on the up and I can think about having a future again. I know what I have have to do, take my tablets, take regular exercise, daily walking etc, keep my weight down. Getting back to you Richard, do press ahead with your doctors appointment, keep him informed of everything as he is guided by what you tell him. |

Good morning everyone.
Grey start to the day. Took myself off to Mount Edgecumbe yesterday, took the Bear for a run, and I walked around the grounds. Managed roughly 3 miles before my dodgy knee started to play up. Finally bit the bullet and have put the Bear up For Sale. Advert on here and on the 260’s forum. And it goes back to the garage today to have the suspension advisory rectified. They have sourced the new parts required. I needed this done for peace of mind.

Finished the build of the shed, not 100% perfect but not bad for an old boy in his 70s with wonky knees, just the electrics and fit out of shelves etc etc. looks as if it will get tested tonight we've thunderstorms and heavy rain forecast later. Cheers Ian

Morning all.
Think the thunderstorms swerved to avoid us, well I never heard anything last night. Grey start to the day but hoping the sun will break through. Hoping to get the Bear home today. But in the meantime I’ll take Banana to go shopping.
