Today, I am giving serious consideration to not bothering to repair mine.

It's a case of do I or don't I strip it for bits, sell what I can, and put the resulting cash towards another, running 75/ZT

Dilemma

Paid my friend a visit, service done, air leak fixed, rusty caliper bolts changed, door lock fixed, front door cards reattached properly, car cleaned, wheels removed cleaned and waxed. Cleaned his tf and his BMW got the polisher treatment! Some scuffs removed from his 75 and his dad's BMW! Oh and always some future planning for the ZT improvements

Bought one of these from local BMW dealer for 14 quid.

And got a quick wash and vac after being stood up for a week.

Fitted the chrome bullet mirror covers that I bought the other day. Not entirely sure that I like them, but I'll keep them to see if I get used to them. Gave the car a quick wash, too, since it did 300 miles in a day, yesterday, without issue.

Cool

Last weekend at the MGRSE 4th anniversary meet I won £50 worth of Meguairs polishes. So today I washed, clayed, waxed and detailed Redfive. Cleaned the wheels and the windows.

Jacked up my car to change the gearbox oil today
it fell off the jack, and the jack went right through the radiator.

Well today finished installing the freeview box in mg, replaced all trim and final fix of remote sensor out of way too using an extension cable so can use it in front instead pointing remote to rear. Also installed cruise control switch, ECU and relay then fixed the actuator. Only steering wheel controls, pedal switches and vac pump to go

That is always the issue with modifying things, most my bikes were off road due to changing things and modifying for it to impact on something else etc. your car looks great mate can't wait to see it sometime in flesh.
