Default Rear view camera

Can anyone recommend a Stand Alone' camera for the Rear of my car for insurance purposes.

I already have front facing 'Dash Camera' linked to my Navall 2.

I am looking for a decent quality camera with recording abilities, and require just a 12 volt supply. No usb connectors or anything fancy

I have 2 of these. http://dashboardcamerareviews.com/a118-tiesfong-b40/

One at the front with GPS and one in the rear without GPS.

They have been fit and forget for me, had them in the car about 3 months now with no problems.
Just stuck a 32Gb card in and just check the video every now and again.

They can be hard wired in with an additional kit or if your good with wiring you can alter the cigarette plug that comes with it.

I also have the Naval2 camera pointing to the drivers side of the car, figured that could be the more likely side I may be hit.

Hi Andy

Thanks for the info.

I have ordered 2 from amazon. A118 C.

I like your idea about driver 'Side View' camera, and I'm going for that as well.

Regards

Hi Alf,

I hope you are as satisfied with yours as I am with mine.

Just looking at the A118 and it does have good reviews. A very neat looking installation too, compared to other dash-cams.

Thanks Andy. This one is top of my list now.
