So are the results next day, A96 between Elgin and Lhanbryde was as busy as any other day. Same when we in Moray went into tier four from one on Boxing Day, all shops open and everyone going about their business as normal

Lockdown being tightened up here. Click and collect only allowed for essential items (clothing, footwear, baby equipment, homeware and books), takeaways can no longer allow customers on the premises, have to serve at the door or through a hatchway.
