Insurance ncb
Hi folks,just a quick question regarding the above.can an insurance company withhold my ncb if I owe them money?

It was usual for companies to do this - then the regulator stated that they must tell you that they can do it in the policy doc’s for it to be legal.
So suggest you check out your policy wording or contact them to tell you where this wording is in your documentation. But as I understand it - yes they can - sorry! |
