Either lift up and tilt forward or push down and tilt back. Can't remember which.

Maybe warm it slightly with a hair dryer,so the plastic clips aren't so brittle, before trying to remove it.

Pull up with a strip of cloth/plastic strapping and then out to unclip at the top, but being older plastic they still tend to break if not super careful .

Start at an end and work your way along carefully .

If you don't intend to do it again, you can glue the broken clips in the trim with gorilla glue/ tiger glue , inline with the slotted holes and pop it on .
