That's great news, Mat - I am glad to hear it

I was in the middle of doing it myself and had set up contact with several distributors over there ( I already do a lot of business with China) but things have got very busy in my own market and it would have gone on the back burner before long

Its so needed tho - good quality, future supply of certain spares is soon going to be essential - we cant rely on rimmers for ever - the rarer a part gets, the higher the price becomes

Well done Matt those are the bits everyone needs and choosing a member is better in my eyes if the service is prompt.

Just out of interest did you source the arms from China in the end, kept all of this quiet in the thread a couple of days back The drop links and arms are probably going to be the most popular as they are failing now with no good replacements it seems (none at all for the arms) and the oem wishbone bushes from perrys are more expensive than the poly versions
A good selection of parts to add to your ever growing list

Thanks guys - I'll upload the prices later.
They are sourced from China, I've been in touch with several of the businesses supplying and dealing with MG over there. I'm really pleased with the response and details provided so far, so there's hope for our cars long in to the future yet.

With regards to drop links, I'll be offering both the OEM MG items and aftermarket items.

Will be ordering some droplinks at the end of the month, so will be interested. 1 question though, the OEM MG parts, are they of the original MGR OEM quality, or 'new mg' quality?...

They're the factory items for the MG7, so I'm hoping they're good kit. I'll be monitoring any returns closely (as ever), but I'm confident they'll be as good as OEM.
After the kerfuffle with aftermarket links I know that's a tall order, but I have everything crossed.

Fair enough, sounds good, I don't really know much just thought I'd ask, as I know a lot of people always slate chinese parts, despite the vast majority of things coming from there!

Any Idea on price for the OEM droplinks?

Default Parts

Thank goodness! Regarding the diesel Hydramounts (acorns) My supplier of the cheapest I could find has now run out of stock with no chance of obtaining more so I had to resort to Rimmers after a fruitless search on the web.
