Default Urgent Help please! 75 off the road needing rear upper arms.....

Hi all,

I'm in desperate need for some new rear upper arms for my 75. DMGRS are out of stock and won't be getting the next shipment until the end of May.

Is there anyone out there having purchased a pair of arms to keep as spares that could let me have theirs until Matt gets more in?

Happy to order a set from Matt for delivery directly back to you!

Help needed asap......car off the road with the subframe in my garage waiting for arms!

Hi Polly, yes, most parts I think are in reasonable supply, but it appears these suspension components last around the 10 year mark, and as all our cars are now over that age there is now a supply issue. I suspect there has been a "run" on these items for people to have them as backup ready for the day the MOT tested sucks air through his teeth......

DMGRS have a pallet load on order from China, and also Rimmers are out of stock as well, and as I've gone this far and removed the whole subframe I'd rather fit new parts than used items. Still, needs must, and if no one is willing to help me out then I may have to use secondhand parts.......

If you're really stuck, I have a pair but am over in N. Ireland. If you're willing to cover whatever the cost of packaging and delivery might be, or (long shot!) there's anybody able to Pony Express them, I'm happy to let you have them. You can then arrange with Mat to send me out their replacements when his next shipment arrives.

I'm heading out to work at midday but if I see a reply in the affirmative I'll take them with me and try to get them sent via Parcelforce today. Looks like "next day by noon" delivery costs £15.25 for items up to 30kg (fairly sure they don't weigh that much ... Mat?)

Mine are due in the next couple of days now.
I can have a set out as soon as they land.

Other suppliers won't be able to get stock in the future - soon we'll be the only ones with them left.
