oooooooOOOH! Its lovely
I mean! what a dash something from Doctor Who. Does need a better boot liner though There is a Rover Vitesse near where I live, its been parked in the same place for must be 20 years and its not moved once. It has its own built in garden feature going on and wildlife has set in, grass is growing all around it. I think the owner luvs it too much to get rid of it, I bet he's owned it from new..... |

I really don't know.... Patently a lot of money has been spent and it has been "well" done. Personally I never really "liked" the SD1 as a car, much preferred the P6 3.5

However, I once commented on the SD1 to Gordon Bashford, who was one of the old school of senior Rover engineers. His comment 'it was alright until Leyland got their hands on it'. Now what sort of a car would the SD1 have been if Rover had still been independent? Paul |
