Doing the night watch

Some do say I never Sleep
No seriously, often I'm up to 2AM as on Call out, other times could be working Nights so keep one screen on here, the rest of the Time? I must be in Bed.
As long as I get my 4 Hours I'm fine, and you?

You have my complete sympathy on that one, dread going to bed knowing that it's going to take hours to get off to sleep. when you do it's more from exhaustion than anything else, then wake up in more pain, unrefreshed.
If they start doing back transplants, my names definately going on the list!

Don't know if there's any plans to hold a mini meet up here, noticed there's lots of members here in Yorkshire, anyone interested?

Russ

If you want to arrange a mini Meet or see response for one,
Post a Thread and details in the "Events and Meets" Forum heading.
Best of luck Russ.
