Default instrument display problems

My Rover75 diesel cdti 1993 with 73k on the clock has a problem in that when you out on the ignition the temo gauge and fuel gauge don"twork and when you start the engine the rev. counter doesn"t respond and when you start driving the speedo doesn"t respond either. So when driving I find that I have no fuel, temp.,rev counter, and most of all speed indication. Can anyone have any ideas, PLEASE?

First check is to look in the plenum. Is it dry?

CAN Messaging Failure Instrument Pack 3 is what T4 would say, in all likelihood the ECM is goosed it's a common problem on the earlier DDE4 and not repairable I'm afraid.

Does your HRW operate at all?
