Yes, they're refurbed - blasted, 2 coats POR15 Rust Preventive paint, then 2 coats MG Chemicals Chassis Black. New bolts from Rimmers. Torque is 100Nm I believe.

Pics here. The diameter of that raised up section looks too small to me. i.e. it'll cover the aluminium bolt hole part of the bush but it won't be in contact with the rubber part.
