Evening all, Chucking it down here, By Gum! That looks tasty Jeff We had Chicken Kiev, chips and peas for tea tonight.
Blimey! How times have changed! I never thought I'd get excited over our daughter bringing me half a dozen 60 litre bags of horse manure from the stables for me raised beds Time for a bottle of Henry's.

Jeff that looks delicious apart from the rogue scary veg & the crackling, just had lemon pepper chicken fillets (from Briggsys in Jedburgh) with chips, peas & mushrooms, it was superb, got half a bottle of red to finish & some Thatchers gold in the fridge for afters

Morning all. Grey & wet from last nights rain but decidedly warmer today, T-shirt weather this morning.
I'm going doolally! I made some scrambled eggs on toast for brekkie, I always take a cup & two eggs near the small food recycle caddy & break them there to put the egg shells straight in, this morning I cracked the eggs into the caddy bin & put the egg shells in the cup I didn't realise under I went to scramble the eggs with a fork lol Shoulda stayed in bed I think.
