rubbing noise cam belt cover
I still have a rubbing noise coming from cambelt cover area,more noticable when warm.it also seems to zap the revs of the engine when it happens.any ideas folks.

Try running or turning the engine with the cover off to start with. Look for signs of the belts running off centre.
I found the tensioner on mine (new) was forcing the belt to run off centre and thus rubbing the sides of the casing. Refitted the old tensioner and no problems since.
