Egg smells are usually cat failure. Check your exhaust for leaks may be front pipe.

I've been reading about screenwash going off. The bottles get full of bacteria. A shot of bleach in the washer tank/bottle when nearly empty, add clean water, leave to do its stuff overnight, then fully flush out by leaving a hose pipe running into the tank until clear. Refill with a strong screenwash solution. Job done. (Warning, do not use the spray jets with the bleach in or it may damage your paintwork/brightwork!)
If it's in the air con system, get it anti bac/anti fungal treated. I've used THIS. Mike

Seriously though, I had something similar recently with a K12 Micra and it turned out to be nothing more sinister than a build up of smelly bacteria in the ventilation system as the result of not much use during a long period of wet weather. Air Con bomb sorted it out. And it was perhaps more fishy than eggy. Kedgeree?

This is going to sound really weird, but I had precisely that in my machine for a couple of years, but only occasionally. To make it worse, there was a local disabled woman I used to give lifts to, to the shops etc, and I was always really embarrassed, telling her that honestly, I REALLY hadn’t NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-, it was the aircon etc etc etc.
She was always very good-humoured about this. The odd thing was though, since she moved house a couple of years ago and I've stopped giving her lifts, it’s never happened again… sometimes I have to be hit between the eyes with a brick to see the bleedin obvious

Just a thought ... have you checked driver side and under seat foot well carpets underneath. Coolant gives off a smell and it could lead to heater matrix/pipe joints.
