I have given the estate agent a cut off point to tell all parties involved that I want a definite answer yes or no by the close of business on Monday evening. If not then I’m pulling out and giving the house sale to another agent. Both my buyer and their buyer have wasted so much time, it has been almost 7 weeks since I accepted the offer and we are no further forward. My solicitor says we should be almost at completion stage by now House has been for sale 9 months,32 viewers but only “tyre kickers” claiming it wants too much work which it doesn’t. Only 2 offers both time wasters.

Afternoon all, It's been cold out this afternoon, I've been cutting one of those blue plastic 45 gallon barrels down to two feet high to make a container for my carrot bed.

A mixture of coco coir, donkey doo's & compost should be perfick.

Spicy BBQ ribs with rice n peas for tea

Unfortunately, there is no Amazon, no Argos, no eBay in Kenya. I have seen Bangood advertising. I can order from Amazon Uk via a 3rd party in London but it is very expensive as it uses DHL to send stuff out. I may well have to wait to make purchases until I am next in the UK, May/June.
I went for one with 4 battery slots but there is a 2 battery slot version available (UM2) depending on your needs. Other brands offer single battery slot chargers and some may even offer more battery slots than 4, it's horses for courses. The Nitcore I bought is what I would describe as middle of the road price and function wise, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Having said that the price has risen on Banggood since I bought it, though I think I might have bought it in a Flash Sale. It can currently be had for a better price on Aliexpress and at a price which is closer to my purchase price of ~ £15. The problem is the price varies with the shipping location and for South Africa the price rises. I noticed this recently after posting a link for an engine oil cooler to try to help someone in Australia with a 2.5 V6. The price with free shipping to the UK was ~ £34 but to Australia it was about £10 more.

I went for the Nitcore because it has good reviews on Banggood and it can revive over-discharged batteries which some cannot do. It can also charge a number of different battery types, such as Ni-Cd, Ni-MH and LiFePO4. Even if you opt for another type it might give you something for comparison to look at it and here is a current link for it on Aliexpress. Click

Very handy those blue plastic barrels. I cut one down to make a couple of flexible rust free mud guards for my trailer.

That's a good idea, I rescued this from a skip, it had the top cut off and had been used as a water butt.

LOL Greater crested pudn eater I've done alright for mostly timber & greenhouse stuff out of skips in the last month, Everything but a greenhouse heater, I've enough to repair some jobs on the fence down the side of the garage.
